What we collect. When you ask for a price, we collect your first name, mobile number, email, ZIP code, your home size, how often you'd like visits, any extras you pick and any note you write. We also record which ad or link brought you to the site, if any.

Why. To text you your price, set up your visits, send receipts and run our business. We never sell your information.

Text messages. We only text you if you agree to it on the form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts.

Who processes it for us. Our website host (Cloudflare), our database (Supabase), our email provider (Resend) and our scheduling and payment tools. Each only uses your information to provide its service to us.

Your home. What we learn in your home, like entry codes and where things go, is kept private and used only to do the job. Photos taken on a visit are for your visit report only and are never posted without your written permission.

Deleting your information. Ask us by text or email and we'll delete it, except what we must keep for taxes and accounting.
