Yes. Juni is your housekeeper, on your standing day and time.
You hear about it the same day, with a photo, before Juni leaves. We repair it, replace it or pay for it.
You get a text by 7 am, and you choose: reschedule within 48 hours, or skip that visit at no charge.
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back within 48 hours to redo it, free.
A door code or your own lockbox works best. If we hold a key, it's tagged with a code, never your address.
Yes. If you prefer certain products, or have surfaces like natural stone, we use yours.
Yes. Juni works around the kids; she doesn't babysit. Tell us about your pets at the Reset and we'll plan around them.
Text us at least 48 hours ahead and there's no charge. With less notice, half the visit is charged.
In Texas, house cleaning sold by a business is taxable. Grocery runs and errands aren't, and your receipt lists each one separately.
